Jeremy and I put a bid on a house tonight!! I can't go in to much detail, because we don't actually own the house (yet) but we are keeping our fingers crossed. We are sooooo excited we can hardly stand it! More later......

Is it too soon to say congrats? I hope not because that is SO awesome! Living in DC means we won't be able to buy a house forever since all the ones we've looked at in Arlington start at over 1M. Hahah, Riiiiight. Live it up and consider yourself lucky lady!!!
